I m 27 Yrs old , 2 months back my uric acid was 6.7 followed by 5.6, 6.1, 5.8 after regular 20 days check up.. I stopped taking zyllorite 100 mg when it increased from 5.6 to 6.1 and now I take febuxtat 40 once a day.I don't drink. Left non veg. No protein intake. Drinking 5 ltrs of water evry day but still there is pain..Fr hw many days shld I b continuing taking medicine. Once it comes to normal range and can I start jogging after that? No also can I consume tomato.. Cow's milk. Cauliflower?

Hi Sir, My brother is facing problem in his legs and could not climb or sit properly as we all do it, He has been doing exercise like cycling and walking but still this disease is not able to cure, I would need a best suggestion as he is around 24 aged person and he should walk , climb and sit like every one we do. We have taken 1 year ayurvedic treatment at SDM ayurvedic medical hospital Udupi but still the pain remains the same.

Are there side effects of DMARDs? Recently having a pain on the back side of knee, mostly while straightening the leg, walking. Cause and remedy, Please. HLA B27 is positive. X-ray report says partial sacralization on L5. Severe pain on lower left side; hip, waist, hip joint on the front side, at times the whole left leg. I do some morning stretching exercises. Pain killers give relief, but I don't want to take any more pain killers. Please suggest some remedy, and sleeping postures.

Hi I had tibial fracture surgery (for open fracture). I met doctor after 6 weeks and the results were not so good. Does the improper diet leads to odd results?? If yes what is the proper diet to follow .. pls advice
