Tail bone pain
I'm experiencing pain often from my tail bone when I get up and sit down. A cracking sound. Please advise.

For pain icing has to be started,use a coccydynia ring to de load  the painfull area. Ultrasound physiotherapy sessions will reduce the local inflammation.apart from that u need to start working on core muscles and pelvic floor muscles rehabilitation
