I am having acute pain in my left ankle since last night. There is some swelling too.There was a little pain since past week but it magnified last night and now I am nt even able to walk. I used relispary and crepe bandage and it gave me some relief. What to do

Visited a rheumatologist who suggested many tests for arthritis. They were negative. Now the doctor has asked to do a colonoscopy to rule out IBD. Traces of blood in stool some months back. Should we go ahead with colonoscopy?

I broke my ankle in three places and had to have surgery to put metal pins in it to rebuild it. That was middle of September. I've had a hard cast on my ankle for two week now. I was told not to put weight on it for 4 weeks. I was doing fine and pain was nonexistence. In the last few days my ankle feels like it's on fire. A constant burning sensation as if my skin is being rubbed raw and an occasional shooting pain up my calf.
