Body and muscle pain - Vit D deficiency
Having body pain mainly back, neck and shoulders and sometimes chest (both sides). Pain is not too acute but feels like a burning sensation. Most not feel like joint/bone pain its more like a Muscle contraction/expansion causing discomfort Got my B12 and D 25 checked and was reported deficient on Vitamin D. B12 - 324 pg/ml D25 - 67.64 mnol/l My age is 37 years Could these be because of this deficiency. Please suggest some supplement to normalise it.

Yes it can be due to deficiencies! Take good diet . Take supplements prescribed by doc . And everyday make it a point to sit in sun for half an hour between 8 to 9 am. It makes a lot of difference believe me . Also follow a regular exercise regime which includes cardio strengthening and stretching.
