How do i correct knock knees ? My age is 20 , any exercise you wanna recommend ? Or surgery is the last option

Feeling emty in chest.2 months ago,I use a ring in my heart.I have ostreo necrosis in my both femoral heads in my leg.1 week ago after eating breakfast I felt freeze in my body.My hands and legs were numb suddenly. I went to the hospital and doctor said that I came there with only fever.They can't find my problem.

I saw a doctor on 13/10/17 he requested an ultrasound, and after was told my right atfl had only been stretched. I'm not convinced. I have previously rolled the same ankle in the same way at least twice before, this time there was a snap and the pain was much worse. Now, over 24hrs after the roll, my foot is numb/tingling and my ankle is more swollen than I've seen it before.

I have boxer fracture in my right hand I have done two slabs ulnar gutter and volar slab for 15 days both but after removal of second slab my xray shows littel bit fracture now what i will do and my knuckle seems to be broken now will i do surgery or physothearphy and which physothearpy i have no power in my right and and when i hold something with little finger ot hurts
