Two months ago i had injury in my neck didn't go to the hospital after a while my lower back started to hurt then my upper back spine area along with my back when i tilted to the back lately have been having difficulty on breathing like taking a deep breaths and when i do it cause pain on my back .

It seems to be disc prolapse ( disc problem ) but still not sure as lot of tests and examination is required to rule out the diagnosis in your case . So I suggest you to visit some spine surgeon or spine specialist followed by spine specialist physiotherapist to design spinal programme for you.
