Unilateral left clubfoot
My one month son is undergoing treatment for unilateral left clubfoot by Ponseti method. Will there ever be a difference in the size of his legs or feet or difference is thickness of calves ?

There may be muscle wasting in tje operated leg. But it depends from patients to patients
You just concentrate on his walking.
Dont go for cosmetic appearance
It will not matter as being a boy he can wear full pants thru on his life
