I have a pain in hip joint and front of the tigh. It hurts me more when I went to sleep

If I walk for long distance my feet gets swelled.I don't experience any pain though.

My wife met with an accident while driving two wheeler on 27-Oct . Two wheeler skid ob the road and her foot got the scratches.She got the first aid on the foot , but in two days , her foot got swelling which is not getting recovered. What would be the reason?What mediction she should take?

Mri showed mild diffuse disc profusion at l5/s1 slightly indenting the thecal sac, early facet joints OA changes. What does this mean is lay man terms. I hurt my back at work and this is the result, I have been discharged from hospital but the pain is really bad.

I had severe lower back pain from last 7 days ago. Wasn't mobile,had knee pain and stiff thigh too. Then the right side of my back started paining and pain was there upto my neck (I get stiffness in the shoulder and neck sometimes)After 2 days,lower back lessened and middle back and upper back and right shoulder ached horribly. .Now, for the last 2 days, I have stiffness,pain in right side of middle back & lower back and and very stiff between shoulders. Right hand's fingers feel tingly suddenly

I have back pain starts from ribs of left side.Even i can not sleep on that side. It starts paining immediately. The pain is from last 4 to 5 months. I have done MRI of spine also but it is normal. Even left hand also pains sometimes. i have taken Calcium tablets as well as nasal spray of calcitonin for one month along with vit.D injections as my vit.D level was low. But after completing the course of 1 month i didn't get relif. My HLA B27 test is also negative. plz suggest wher should treat
