Sharp Knee pain
I am having Sharp knee pains in my inner right knee.It lasts only for a few minutes but brings unbearable pain.I went to the doctor he checked the knee movements and find nothing serious.He just prescribed pain killers and said it will be ok in a week.
I don't have the pain everytime.It occurs suddenly without any predictive factor.I don't have pain while walking or squatting or doing any exercises.It occurs without any warning and stabs the left side of my right knee for a few minutes.

Constant neck and shoulder pains
Cervical spondylitis With mild disbulges at c5-c6 and c6-c7 compressing thecal sac with adequate neural fora men and spinal canal. Soiling on right foot
I had an accident about one month ago in which my right foot faced the impact and got swollen up. The orthopedic which I consulted suggested crepe bandage. After one month the soiling has reduced but hasn't healed totaly. The swollen part hurts only when I put pressure on it. Also the soiling increases when I do not use the bandage. I would like to know how much time does this kind of injury takes to get heal also is there any special treatment that is required or the crepe bandage is sufficient?

Iliotibial band syndrome
I have been diagnosed with Iliotibial band syndrome for my right leg pain. The onset of pain is in the right thigh bone and hip bone joint and goes till the back thigh muscles, Iliotibial band and down till calf muscles. The pain intensifies during sleeping or sitting postures. Enclosed is the medications prescribed. But the medications and heat therapy haven't worked much for the same. Kindly guide and advise on the Iliotibial band syndrome and treatment options for the same.

Multiple ranging from physical to mental

About workout with chikengunya jointpain
I m suffering from chikengunya joints pain sence 1 month, starting the joint pain was heavy but now rearly I m getting pain in joints and feeling like no stamina in body , and feels very hungry every time .,, day by day I m increasing my body fat(Weight) with no workout ... Can I start workout Regularly ? As my doctor told me not to do workout for 1 month because it starts bleeding in joint !! So suggest me what to do whether to workout or to take rest ?

Pain in both legs at same place
4 months before when i started running, a sudden pinching pain started in both the legs at same place...its below the knee joint and above foot joint in front part of leg ( as mentioned in the attached image)..
so when i tried to run again the pain increased , because of which i was not able to run... from that day till now, i can feel the pain at the mentioned place..and everytime when i start jogging or running the pain increases...i dont know what it is...but when i slightly pressurise that mentioned area the pain can be felt there...
the pain is till now in that area, so please prescribe me with good medicines so that i can start running and jogging and keep my health good and best...
