While doing squats I had injury.
I heard some sound from muscles , I thought it's just a normal muscle pull. It's in left leg in the calf muscle near knees. Now it's been around 2 months , I've done icing , I had took 5-6 sitting of sound wave therapy from a physiotherapist , I'm also applying warm bandage on it. It's better now , but not perfect. What to do , so that I can resume my gymming.

Ultrasound therapy is beneficial if you take more 10 - 15 sittings . These waves helps in reducing internal inflammation and pain. Along with ultrasound therapy, take a plan of knee isometerics and knee strengthening exercises from your physiotherapist which can actually help you to regain other activities.
