Back pain most commonly results from poor posture, muscle sprain, lack of muscle tone and strength. If it has resulted from any injury like jerk on a rough road, or lifting heavy weight, then a few days rest will help. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid. If pain still persists, there could be something deeper inside like something pressing on the nerve. In that case you should consult a Neurospine specialist.
