Having pain in my wrist since last 2 week. I did not remember any such incident where it was affected. But I remember I lifted a full of water mug once and somehow it bent my wrist wrong way.

Iam suffering from lower back pain for the last 3 months. Four month's ago I fell from the scooter. Please help me with your instructions and save me from pain. No exercise are helping me.

I fell from a height.Ever since then i have pain in tailbone.It increase if I sit for prolonged period of time.it has reached to my legs as well.

Hello my age is 30 and i m experiancing neck pain after delivery . Its almost been 3 years but still its troubling me . I have also gone through many physiotherapy sessions some x rays but it was just time being releif can you suggest on what should be my next step.

When I do something for a long period of time my lower back starts to hurt. If I’m running for a long period of time, walking, weight lifting, etc. I got a x-ray and my doctor told me it was a stress fracture, he wasn’t sure so we got a CT scan. After that the results came back and there was no fracture and the doctor doesn’t know what it is. I’m a high school student and I can’t play football because my back kills me so much that I have to sit out. I have to sit down for it to go away.

My wife has difuse bulge l4 l5 disc lumbar spine compresion of right root ,impinging of thecal sac mild comprising of thecal sac compromising both neural foramina. She has shooting pain from hip to toe with tingling sensation. Pain kiłers and physiotherapy are of no help. Pl advise

I fell down from stairs 3 days ago , i did xray but there is no fracture ..but there is less swelling and lot of pain in my ankle .. what to do pleases suggest ? I am applying ice from last 3 days i didnt kept my foot down .
