Hiii, I am Amit and have been facing low back pain since 10 years. Can you suggest some good remedy ?

My wife has difuse bulge l4 l5 disc lumbar spine compresion of right root ,impinging of thecal sac mild comprising of thecal sac compromising both neural foramina. She has shooting pain from hip to toe with tingling sensation. Pain kiłers and physiotherapy are of no help. Pl advise

My mother have body pain all time. She is taken so many medicine. We have done so many test like gathiya and exray of back bone, shoulders. All report was normal and I m her son so I m very tired because my mother have all the time pain mostly in back bone and shoulders................ ...
