Earlier she was treated for pneumonia and lung infection, but now the pulmonary medicines department In AIIMS have confirmed that she has TB. she has been facing a lot of joint pains, pain in spine, and pain in lumber. Her movements are blocked in many ways and she is facing chronic pain in the lumber area, and many joints in the body. The senior resident doctor at pulmonary dept of AIIMS is treating her for TB but he is not able to solve the problems of various chronic pains being faced by her. What should I do now.?

Slow and less fatigued planned physiotherapy exercises can help in this case. Isometerics exercise s ( in which there is least movement of joints Nd muscles ) can do wonders. Static core exercises for back can help reduce lumbar/ back pain .
Next Steps
