Bone & Muscle problems

Hi. I am having hip bone pain on the joint of waist bone and leg bone. It pains while sitting and normal standing for a long time. I am a software developer and i sit on chair for a long time.

My father suffers from muscle pain in lower leg, he cannot walk properly,his faces with this problem for several years, we are from Bangladesh and he shows many doctors but no result,we have no financial ability to go to India for treatment, so what is the best solution for us? Please let us know quickly, his condition is bding poor day by day.

For pain in herniated disk who will be a better physiotherapist to consult?

I am suffering from muscle cramp in my thighs... If I run for some distance it's severely paining... I have running championship this Saturday... So plzz help me in curing it before Saturday

2 Plates & 14 screws in 2000 with reduced lateral knee joint space.He wasn't feeling any pain until last year when he accidentally hurt the same knee again.He is 60 yrs old & its been 17 years since the first injury. He is havin troubles climbing up & down the staircase/inclined roads.He feels tightness around the knee & like his knee will buckle. The doctor suggested HWR & knee replacement surgeries.He is overweight & we are scared the screw holes will weaken the bone & won't take his weight.

I have been suffring from left knee joint pain...sometime pain also radiate to lower tibial bone area.....i am 26 year old and i noticed it from 1 year....its slight pain....not very much..but my mind destructed by pain...

Having pain in foot and that too in the left leg in the middle of foot. While walking and if foot kept for long time in same position it pains. During climbing of st eps the pain will be less. Sometime there will radiating pain in that foot only. What shall i do
