Bone & Muscle problems

I am a house wife... I would get pain and weekness in my legs under the knee.... And too much of back pain too. Please suggest if any medicine is to take .

It's been a month now I was doing sprints and I pulled my hamstring now everything is find but when I run what can I do to make it better?I've also had flat feet and I don't know if that affects anything.

Pain for last three years. Entire back side pain, particularly middle of the backbone. Problems arise all the time. Mainly when i wake up from sleep it increases. I also have stomach gas problems all the time. Please help me to get rid of these problems.

I have been a pain on my right shoulder side. And suddenly I got that from last week. Never I got any injury but the pain sudden occurs.
