Shoulder pain through chiropractic
Symptoms:
1. Left shoulder dislocated - no pain - need to strengthen
2. Right shoulder got injured (not dislocated) 6 months back while playing tennis / squash ( yeah two times)

Lower back pain from almost a month
My lower back pain started on Sep 26th while playing badminton. Since then it was constant. Few days later my pain has increased a lot and after 2 days it got reduced. Then i started playing badminton again and started going to gym as well. After few days the pain became very high that i am not even able to get up for 2 days. Later again it god reduced. But after few days again i got the pain and its been a week since i am struggling with pain. I am not able to sit properly and move like before

Side lower back pain bowing down
Few days back I tried to pull a table at home from my right side. As the table was heavy it took lot of strength to pull it off the ground.
After that I started feeling little pain near to the left pelvis.
I noticed that the pain gets severe if I try to do some exercises in which I have to bow down and touch the ground.
The whole day I don't feel much pain but as the winter season has started I feel severe pain while getting up from the bed in the morning.
I tried many pain relieving balms and oils but the pain never gone completely. Even it gets severe if I use my back.
It feels more like muscle cramp then a bone pain.
