  4. Height Gain. Who can surely help me?

I turned 18 years old in August 2017.My height is 5'3-5'4. I am the shortest among my friends and want to grow 2-3 inches more. My mother is little short around 4'10 or 4'12 but my father is 5'7. Can someone help me and grow a few inches more or can advice me the right doctor who can surely help me?
