Height growth after 18
Im 18 yr old girl havent grown since 16 yrs of age. I am only 5feet. Is there any way for mw to grow? Even if my growth plates are closed can i still grow? Plz help

Height is mostly decided by genetics
If you are very much smaller than the average height for your parents then consult a physician for general checkup
