Bone & Muscle problems

Have one person called himself traditional therapist. He told me that i have degenerative disc neck, He pinched on my arm too hard, I see my arm that area is quite hard. It likes contracted muscle. I worry that whether he make my nerve, tendons or veins damage. It's quite pain a little bit. but I have a X Ray and it doesn't show, the doctor doesn't say as well. But Does my arm ok when someone pinched on that? I just worry internal damage or vein damage or something else

While playing yesterday, I misplaced my right foot and kinda twisted my foot. I have some pain in the ankle and has slight swelling. Since doctors are on strike, I don't know what to do. Can I use a crape band to support it or do I just let it be?

Hi, I am 50 years old woman with Diabetes and BP. I'm on medication for Diabetes. I am feeling severe pain on my left leg starting from hip till ankle. Brufen or any other pain medication gives comfort for a while. I have this pain for almost 10 days now. This is not an injury pain. So, I'm concerned about it and would like to know if this is normal and would like to know if any medication that can cure this pain.

I'm a 27,F. I have a decently active lifestyle. No regular exercise, but I play Badminton on weekends. I feel my joints hurt, feel jammed, and crack a lot. Mainly my shoulder joints, knee, hip and jaw. My TMJ, was injured so I can understand my jaw's issue. But other places I don't know why they feel like that.

Gotta have it. I'm androgynous so I already have to deal with all the depression that comes with that I don't also have to deal with my height. I was born a girl, 20 years old, and 5'5. Open my growth plates or something, give me an option.

I have severely sprained my ankle this morning, have been told to take ponstan asam mefenamat and myonal tablets. Are they safe to take at the same time? I am still in a lot of pain is there any other painkiller that I can take at the same time as these two medicines? Thanks
