Some time in his back its started paining for no reason and the pain is unbearable after applying moov and taking pain killer it last for 3 to 4 days so i just want to knw is it becoz of extra weight and siting for 8 to 9 hour in office or any other reason can be behind that...so please help...

I m 24 yrs old lady.My height is 5" feet. I want to increase my height.. i know it's not natural in this age... I heard about "STEP UP(herbal medicine)" height will be increased 3-6 inch in 1-3 month. (They guaranteed) Q.- 1. Is it effective?should i try this? 2. Is there any side effect? 3. If its not usable ..then is there any other option to increase height in this age?

I had a fall from stool/chair, due to which i had compression in my back bone, it has been paining from last 16-17 days, i have seen local doctor here but no relief till now, swelling was there but that is reduced, xray has been done same day.

Has joints pain and lower back pain. Done with x ray but not found any issue. Currently taking medication with orthopaedic doctor but he is telling it will get cure but it takes time. Now one more doctor is suggesting to go with Ayurveda. Panchkarma treatment. But the pain is unbearable so we are thinking not to go with Ayurveda. I'm confused what do go with. Please suggest.

28 yr male non smoker, having lower back pain since last 7 or 8 years...pain makes me awake in early morning...stiffness in morning is more...right now having difficulty in breathing...start coughing even after mild exertion...HLA b27 is positive... X RAY of pelvis done...bilateral sacroilitis says the report...Now taking only Sulfasalazine on regular basis... still back ache is there ....coughing is also there and pain too on pressing ribs (lateral sides)PLEASE SUGGEST SOMETHING DOCTOR!

From the last 2 to 3 years i was suffering from cervical pain. By the time i feel that problem area has expanded to the lower back side. Now sometime i feel sharp pain at the cervical side or sometime in the lower back side. Pain sometime cross the limit of tolerance that i have to take pain killer. Whenever i consulted with any orthopedician they suggest me some nerve stregthening medicine but their sideeffects lay me down on the bed so i have to stop those medicines. Now, I like to know what should be my line of treatment because doctors told me that i have to take those nerve related medicines in order to cure my problem. Please help me  i am in a great fix.
