Hi sir I have disc bulge problem l5s1 level........but My MRI shown another things that is " there is 7 mm sized cystic lesion , hypertense on T2 & STIR sequence & hypointense on T1W1 , noted within left para spinal muscle adjacent to L2 L3 vertebral body " How is it treated...nd is it big problem ...
