Bone & Muscle problems

I had pain in my lower back and it went away, but now i feel pain in ny groin area.

I'm 71 kg body weight and my left hand wrist joint was paining for a 3 to 4 month. Thus it was causes for too much of masterbathing. Is it true

Unable to sleep quickly in night times .I guess due to joint pain I am not able to .please suggest how to sleep quickly .a sound comes when I move my knee .

Skiing and landed awkwardly, left leg bent at the knee up towards me (foot outside thigh). Felt a little popping feeling and it hurt immediately - pain 5/10. Pain to 2/10 within 5 mins and I was still mobile but hurt a little to squat. After a few hours, stiffened up, could not rise up on toes and walk without pain. Knee almost fully functional, though limited range of motion in flexion. 7 days later - can walk fine but now just a subtle direct pain on outer upper fibula area. No pain to touch.

My rotator cuff has been in a lot of pain lately and I don’t know why. I woke up this morning and my shoulder had been swollen. It gets really sore in volleyball when I am hitting or serving the ball.

Hi, Please help us to cure Ankle pain problem which is affecting since last 6 month and pain is increasing day by day specially in the morning after leaving Bed. I had already tried massage, Hot Water fomentation with Salt therapy. Please advise effective treatment or medicines. Thnx
