Yesterday in the middle of the day my left knee started hurting on the left side, it hurt to run, walk, go upstairs. It might be linked to basketball that started last week

I've been suffering from shoulder and neck pain since 1 week.. It increases during night.. unable to sleep properly don't know why please suggest me what to do.. Should I consult a orthopaedic or any pain management doctor..

Hello, I got an injury in right shoulder while playing cricket when i was diving for a catch, and this incident was 3 years before, sometime i feel pain in my right shoulder 1.) when i throw something, 2.) while sleeping by affected side and 3.) while raising my shoulder, up to 130 degree there is no pain but after 180 degree there is heavy pain. Please Help me What i Should Have to Do, can I get rid with excercise.

I slammed a metal cylinder down on the ground a couple weeks ago and now I have pain when lifting things and doing a gripping type resistance while kinda making a cup with my hand. It hurts most when I make sure claw and pull down my pinky finger with my palm up.

Hello, I have lower back issue..  i am having pain in my right side of my lower back..its normally doesn't pain..but when  cold weather start its start paining so much..that i can't even move single step.. Doctor said its may be 99% coz of  cramp..i did my x ray in that thr is a little gap in lower back but doctors want to confirm by MRI. The issue is i am too much scared to go under MRI machine..i feel like my breathing is going to stop. Please help me if thr is alternative for MRI. Thank you.
