Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having a intense lower side back pain from past 4days. I think it is due to playing or weight lifting.

My mom has sever back pains and headaches mostly. She is very weak and thin. Kindly suggest what should I do for her

My mother is having Rheumatoid arthritis problem since 14 years.As per latest test report ESR is 30 which is far better when compared earlier reports which was 130 to 180.But,now doctor has suggested to take Ritoximab injection two times in 14 days span.Please suggest if this injection is required at this stage.

Hi, I get pain in back of the knee when stretch the leg. This happen only in the right leg. I get pain when i get using Indian toilet. When i get from chair after long period of sitting. Other than this no pain during running, walking or performing any other sport activities. I am facing this problem since last year. Sometimes it increases and sometimes it does not pain at all. Hi, i had sprained my shoulder some 7months back while throwing the ball while playing cricket. however it healed by itself and the pain had gone, now i can move my hand normally wheras i cannot lif my hand above my head. there is no swealling in my shoulder. please suggest if i would need a scan for that.
