Bone & Muscle problems

There is pain in neck since last few months. Doctor prescribed combination of nimesulide and paracetamol, but the pain comes back when i stop taking the medicines. I took an x ray too but it was normal. Suggest me what to do further.

Pain is like a pinch in left leg, problem in sitting not able to fold leg. Pain get extended to back. At times it's a severe pain.

She fell down from staircase of 5steps there is no swelling but whenever we touch on hand she is crying.

I have a constant neck and back ache, and a constant urge to stretch my muscles and to crack my joints, all over my body. Cracking, stretching and massaging the area momentarily makes it better, but after a few seconds it goes back to how it is. My parents have refused to take me to a doctor, telling me I'm overreacting to just a normal backache. It can get extremely painful or irritating sometimes, and I don't know what to do to make it better.

Everyday I pour coffee, constantly, and it’s been busier than usual because coffee is on sale. So those coffee pots get sort of heavy on my wrist after a while. Today my wrist started really hurting at work and I noticed swelling under on my arm under my wrist. It really hurts to bend my wrist. I was wondering if it’s just stress from the work that caused swelling? Or should I be worried about tendinitis or something more serious
