Partial ACL tear & few times Leg forwdg
Male 27yr,My problem is in mri shows that1. partial ACL anterior cruciate ligament and minimal knee joint effusion of left leg,and i already visited Orthopaedic docters ,they tell that left leg treatment is do quadiriceps ,gym and harmstring ,slow running try it but I doing well in quadiriceps excises but harmstring and slow running not trying if trying then troubles strarts and not doing well (with fear in my mind) and this process I go stem-cell treatment or surgery need which one is better

Do it under supervision for a month Under a physiotherapist . May be the technique to perform is not correct .. strengthening and streching the knee is the only treatment in your case .
