Complete Teres in ligament . After 30 mins walk my leg and ankle started paining .  What should I do.

Been playing Badminton and Volleyball regularly for last couple of months,. Started to develop a slight inconvenience in both the knees

MRI report: Right ankle with bone spur of 3-5 mm at anterior talus and ibial region, along with mild anterior effusion with illdefined capsular thickening. The patient in question is a yoga trainer. Doctor recommends Arthroscopic debridement surgery after a month of physiotherapy didn't give the full range of motion. Are there chances of getting rid the bone spurs with regaining the full range of motion as the other limb without doing a surgery? If yes, what are the alternate techniques?

Hello, I am 27 years old, I am already under medication of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D from past 3 months, but now from few days i am having knee pain, which sometimes mild and sometimes it's like strong, what could be the reason for this and how could I prevent this? please help

I met an accident before 50 days and deep injury in my leg...I consult My family doctor and did regular dressing with betadine cream..but till today skin is not growing..Now a days i m not using anything and not applying water even to leg...kindly help me out..

She used to ache his ankle from past couple of months. She took medicines form one of the bone expert in locality. But it works till medicine was provided. Ones medicines were stopped it started again. I am searching for the resons, precautions. Being on the safe side, Also, i am doubting, Can it be a case of bone cancer?
