Uric acid, protein and wight training
I have had increased level of uric acid before. i have also going to gym and doing weight training. my gym instructor suggested me to increase the intake of protein rich diet(paneer, soyabin, meat etc.) i have read that all protein rich diet increases uric acid. what should be done?

Avoid items that increase uric acid body or change your gym instructor. Body first then gymming.
