I repeatedly pulled pinky finger to crack the knuckle and now it's swollen and painful what did I do

Six months ago, My mom fell & had a right leg fracture at the hip, where doctor did surgery & inserted a rod in the bone with screws. Today, she had some pain & after x-ray, we found that the rod was broken. She had not fallen or no jerk or sleeping on that side. My question is... Can the rod break without any major blow or jerk or fall...?

Ankle sprain and internal bleedin on medial and lateral both sides Probable diagnosis is ligament instability. Doctor suggested a plaster for 10 days or braces for 10 days. What is a better option?

My finger was dislocated a little bit a year ago and I don't went to the doctor as it caused a little swelling and bump I thought that it was a small injury but now a bump is risen can it be cured in anyway now?

I sprained my ankle five days ago, it got pretty swollen , the pain practically disappeared but the cold doesn't help so it hurts sometimes , I want to know how long should I wait to put wait on my foot ?

6 or 7 months before due to extensive bending in Surya namaskar and lifting,I got severe pain in lower back..Consulted Doctor and he advised bed rest with no forward bends and slow back stretch.It got solved in 1 week..Again yesterday I got severe pain for same reasons and couldnt sit or stand because of pain.Doctor advised again bed rest and no forward bends and lifting. Suggested some medicines and heat therapy. I need a permanent solution for this.Even I get this pain with long drives also..Please help.me.

Due to fracture and immobilisation of ring and pinky fingers I am unable to move or bend them because of stiffness. I am currently following my doctor advice to reduce the stiffness. In case if the stiffness remains forever, is there any treatment to restore the finger movement other than psyotheraphy. I am worrying a lot. Thanks
