• Use PRICE method:-P-protection,R-rest,I-icing,C-compression,E-elevation. • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation

Kindly get x-rays done to rule out fracture. Your symptoms suggest a ankle sprain. You may need cast or slab for ankle immobilisation. Medications like Enzomac forte and Tendocare forte will help.
Health Tips
Blood clot suggests internal bleeding., this will get absorbed automatically over 3-4 weeks.

U should preform ice massage for that ankle. Direction is from toes towards knee. 10 min on 5 min off, 3 to 4 times a day. Followed by active - free foot upward downward movement.
Next Steps
if no change in swelling and pain, pls visit a physiotherapist
Health Tips
avoid un-necessary walking or weight bearing  on that lower limb.
