According to my right leg x-ray Soft tissue vascular calcification seen Marginal osteophytes seen around ankle joint and calcaneocuboid joint. Mild soft tissue swelling seen Please provide solution for this The patient is above 65 years old

Sir, my age is currently 40.Before 5 days I was admitted in hospital because i am unable to walk without support. At the time of admission my HB is 5.also vitamin B12 deficiency. Creatinine is 25 only. Platelets 80,000.hence doctor gave be 2 blood bags. Currently my weakness is reduced. But I am unable to walk without support .and I am feeling sensation of underside of legs. Dr. Said I have a problem of legs paralysis.MRI report represent sacralisation of L4 and L5 disc. Please suggest me.
