Dear Doctor,
I am a 37 years old Software Engineer. I have L5-S1 diffusive bulge from 2 years. I stay pain free for couple of months but then Pain comes back again for 5 days to a week. Except for walking I don't do any other exercises. Please suggest some exercises to strengthen my back. I still have hope for a long life ahead and trying to muster confidence to live the life. I know this is not a life threatening problem,but it's taking away important time of my life causing stress n depression
