Back pain is very common problem. If there is no leg pain, your pain can be controlled with physio mainly. Painkillers and muscle relaxant might help. Keeps yourself hydrated, dehydrated disc is more prone to injuries. Once pain is controlled do the back core exercise. Check your mattress as well. Consult orthopaedic surgeon.
