I had a sore rib a few months back just under my right arm it was painful but I could deal with it and rest and it got better but last night I pulled my arm on something and now the pain is back twice as bad I fell a lump on my rib bone where the pain is it is slightly tough to breathe and I can hardly move what do you think I should do because I've heard they can't do a lot with ribs aqua don't want to waist anyone's time

Hello doctor....i am having lateral molleolar fracture on my right leg...POP is applied to my leg...its been 33 days...iam not getting sleep...at night due to some pain...so i am taking 1 sleeping tablet from 2 days...before sleep...is it okay...or should i stop...will it affect fractured bone...please help me...my consult doctor have not prescribed me sleeping tablet...iam taking it on my own...

Sir i got accident when im in 7th class thst time i got fracture in fibia and tibula aftr tat they did operation nd they kept rod for tibia nd aftr one month when i took xray tat fibia was overlapped nd now im engineering 1st year... Till now we didnt removed rod now i can feel one bump in tibia also sir what to do sir

I get cramps in legs and arms, shoulder always after doing any activity, even after seating on bike i get cramps in leg, usualy below the heap..

I had fracture in left tibia upperside.after 6 week cast is removed. But feeling pain at fracture side after cast removing . And upperside of knee is swelled. Doctor said just move your foot not more than 80-90 degree . Then physiotherapy will begin.
