I had d12 compression since last 3 months but now when I work 8 to 10 hours my back feels tired and pain also persist for some time.When it will be completely normal?

I have been diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency. I have 119pg/ml of b12. What shall I do ? I have been asked to take injections .. is it safe ?

Dear sir, my daughter who is 9 years old having whole body pain for more than 1 mth ard. The pain started with her leg big muscle and within 3 days the pain cover up her whole bdy muscle. Then her joint started to pain, follow by stomachache until vomitting. Onsult to hospital under pedia, neoro, otho and physio. Run through blood test (result high in esr, eisinophil and banophil) CTD test all negtive, xray show no bone problem. May i know if there is any diagnosis i should bring her to? Thanks

My MRI report says that disc protrusion at L1-L2 & L2-L3 level causing mild compression of thecal sac and impingement of left traversing nerve roots this is my problem.I have contacted an ORTHO he said for 1 month i give medicine if it not decrease surgery needed . I'm in that course but my pain not decreasing but some doctors suggested me not take surgery it effects in future.
