Bone & Muscle problems

Hello!! I have muscle imbalance. My left arm is lil weak as compare to right. (right arm has little just little bit of more fat) I took an advice from a dr. Who said that it is just related to undevelopment of bones which will automatically fix after 21yrs of age. I know that my imbalance is caused by poor form in gym(before2 yrs) i just started working out again. And within a weak i can see nearly 2% of improvement, i will work hard and will equal my both sides. . Now my main que :- Is running beneficial for imbalances and if yes then how??

I had medial meniscus tear, then I went for operation last 5 years back. Now I have same type of problem in both the knees. What is the cause? How to cure it?

5 days before when I'm getting down from trekking, I didn't landed my leg properly at one point I got slight pain in left knee, the pain got relieved gradually. Then yesterday I had trekking, I jumped from 5 ft, then I got knee pain heavily, I still have some knee pain. I can't bend or release my leg comfortably. By the way it didn't got swell. Can I know what is the best pain relief or any suggestions to get out of it.

Recently I got my vitamin d levels checked. Total vitamin d (d2 and d3) level is 15.1 ng/ml . Do I have to take any supplements as I dont eat non-veg and my office hours don't let me get much sunlight. What supplement do I need to take if I have to and for how many months. I am having ankle joint effusion too. My RA factor is negative. Currently I am on medication for hypothyroidism.
