Swelling in the knee
5 years back I had my right patella operated. Suddenly today I had a swelling in the knee after workout and wasn't able to fold my leg. I used a hot water pad and the swelling shifted to backside of the knee. Not able to walk now.

Avoid Hot Pack if u have swelling. Apply ice on swollen area for 5-10min thrice a day. Also get done X-ray n visit to the doctor who operated ur knee.
