Bone & Muscle problems

My son is active in sports (about 10 hours per week). Once in a while he complains of pain at ankle. Got vitamin D3 tested, found it to be at 5, got treatment of d-rise 60000 for 4 weeks. Two weeks after stopping the treatment, D3 is at 43. He also had hairline fractures twice - once in the arm and another time in right index finger - both while playing sports. What should we do for his infrequent complaint about ankle pain?

I fell and get this pain in my thumb of my right hand. Not sure it is bone or muscle. It is painful when giving pressure on it.

My father (67 years) is having a right arm shoulder pain towards the back portion for the last 2 weeks. He had an open heart surgery for aortic valve replacement the last year, is it anyway related to it? He is into light exercises, but also started to ride the bicycle after which this problem arose. We are not sure as to what is causing this problem and whether it is anyway related from his past surgery, riding the bicycle or other causes. We would be thankful for some insights and suggestions.

Hi , My mother was suffering from severe leg pain for more than 9 months .She underwent more treatments but nothing worked .Her legs are swollen and looking blacker mildly .she has no diabetes .She has a burning sensation at the beginning .She couldn't sleep even because of the pain .We went to all specialists.Its a great challenge that no doctors could find solution .If anyone can help ,please do as early as possible .

Last one week i feeling a little pain in my wrist and just got affected a little of my normal life. When i lift my 1.5 yr old kid, the pain starts from left wrist to left elbow in my forearm.

I hurt my back when I was little I believe I was 10 or something. I am 20 now but it still hurts to this day I have trouble in long car rides and lifting heavy objects so I don't know what I should do

I have been suffering from Lower back pain since from 6 years , so far no improvement ,met several doctors but no use ,came to know as it is a Slip disc problem

What are the items I should add to or remove from diet when I'm suffering from it? Should I restrict my physical activity also?
