I am having lower back pain . symptoms :: 1.feel better while i sit and bend forward . 2. pain typically comes in the night and early in the morning after i wake up. 3. pain disappears as the day progresses. 4. most of the time pain radiates down left and sometimes on the right leg accompanied by numbness and tingling sensation .
