Bone & Muscle problems

I m having constant pain in my legs below knees and having sound in bone movement. I m on medication from 4 months for polycystic ovaries taking harmoni F, Met PCO care and Amri plus. It is because of these medications or i m having calcium deficiency

I do gymnastics and two days ago i did a front hand spring and landed on my pinky toe. it is swollen and bruised now and it hurts to put pressure on it. the inner part of the toe is purple now. i want to know if it will heal by itself or if i need to go to the doctor or if it will even heal.

I am having slight pain in knee since 4 months. It started in winter. Same thing happened last year too. It is in right knee and my right knee also makes cracking sound with slight pain. Pain is very dull but it is there and not resolving by itself. In the past, I have injured my knee while running. But, lately it is bothering me as the dull pain is not getting over on it's own. I am 30 years old. 78 kg weight and 5 feet 8 inches height. Any suggestion would be helpful.

I am 30 years old man.7 months ago I fallen from 2nd floor of my home and my ankle got fracture from three side .Then Dr caste a plaster for 3 months .But after removal caste my ankle is continuously Swelling.Dr told me that thickness of healing bone is increased.Treatment is going on with orthopedic surgeon but there is no relief .Is there any problem in increase in thickness and Swelling.Please help me .
