I have shoulder pain so can i take anacin tablet or should I take no medicine.

I Had a ski accident where I pulled my ligament in February 2017. Yesterday I went to a trampoline park and injured myself again. I could walk (limp) after 10-15 minutes. I had some Panadol to ease the pain then when I got home it began to hurt moderately (scale of 1-10....6) it began to become stiff and I found it difficult the move my knee (bend and straighten) a bit of swelling but no bruises. What should I do?

My index finger on left hand will no longer line up with the rest of my fingers. It's natural position is on a slant inwards at an angle of about 40 degrees. I try to straighten it and can't without manually pushing it with the other hand. I did break my wrist about 5 years ago and my strength in that hand has not been the same since. I think I also have some arthritis beginning to happen in hands and elbows.

Doctor when I walk putting full pressure on the toe I feel slight pain and swelling around the region I had buddy tapped it I have completed 4 weeks of rest and doctor told me to rest for two more weeks so finally I walk slowly on bone and i have a departmental exam in which I have to complete 5k next month in April can i run

My mother age is 46 years. she has little sallowen in her knee and she faces little problem in walking,sitting on floor. she is taking veba plus capsule medicine. any other medicine can be taken for quicker recovery.

I m suffering from little pain when I bend forward or backward from 1 month and pain located at middle of spine . I used to sit 8 to 9 hrs daily it's my job style . I have no injuries. To whom I need to consult .. plz let me know
