Bone & Muscle problems

Pain on Right side of lower back since 3 month. Sir jab bhi forward bending hota hu ya kuchh weight uthata hu tab pain hota. X ray krwaya hai but Normal h.

I have pain in my neck (back) from past 5 days, Very difficult to sleep, it developed one night while sleeping, till that night I was under medication for cold and cough.

My only right hand wrist bone is grown up and its very painfull for me .i cant carry any weight with my right hand

I am having l5 s1 grade 1 spondylolithesis. Is it treatable with exercise and medicine or surgery is required. And if surgery is required then what is the approx cost and recovery time.

I was obese so i started running to get rid off it .I run too much a day like 5 km in starting. after leaving running a soothe pain always remain in knee since last 2 years. how to fix it

I have acute pain starting from the lower back going down to my toes... I experience acute extreme tingling sensation in me feet.

My pelvis is  twisted such that my left inominate  seems posteriorly shifted and also a little higher.i have done  muscle stretching but there seems to be a structural component to it.I think I might have left sacral torsion on right axis.what line if treatment should I take?

My Vitamin D is very low - 5.4 ng/ml. Feeling pain in the knee all the time. I am taking Calrite. But i need to take higher dose. Could you suggest me which medicine to take.

Male baby is delivered 1month back. He is not movement in right hand. In delivery date to till date no movement for right hand. Wt to do sir.

On saturday while playing cricket,right hand thumb got jammed by ball..i g ot it xrayed and report says undisplaced fracture of phallanx 1st digit...in film it is very minute like a hair.please let me know the further course of action like it would require plaster or splint?im using icepacks and it had reduced all swelling however thumb is stiff and pains in doing any movements
