I am having lower back pain . symptoms :: 1.feel better while i sit and bend forward . 2. pain typically comes in the night and early in the morning after i wake up. 3. pain disappears as the day progresses. 4. most of the time pain radiates down left and sometimes on the right leg accompanied by numbness and tingling sensation .

I am a regular trekker. Go on hiking Evey few months. I used to run in the mornings to prepare for trekking. One day I ran a much longer trip than usual. Since then the outer and lower area of my knees hurt. In my last trek, the right knee was very painful. Every time I folded, the side of the knee hurt too much.
