I play badminton regularly. I used to smash a lot. Now im having severe pain in my right hand joint. How to overcome this. I tried several bats. Now im using head light weight bats. But still im having the pain

I can full movement of elbow this time just my lady finger lose or insensitivity just lady finger but other work properly

I am suffering from pain in shin bones on both right and left leg and ankle bone on left leg since past 3-4 weeks.. Whenever I take break from running (a part of regular exercise regime) it becomes alright. Again when I start running or jogging, it starts all over again and becomes severe that I find difficulty in walking.. Is it normal or are there chances of any other problem. Running of 1km is a part of my daily routine.. I hv started this since past 2 and a half months. I have been taking vit D capsules "Lumia 60k " since past 2months with 1tab per week. my height is 5ft, weight 56kg.

My sister was diagnosed with Tuberculosis 3 years ago. Recently she complained  about pain around left lower ribs while breathing  and coughing. Today her CT scan report mentioned fusion of 1st and 2nd left ribs . Is this to be worried about. Is this condition treatable? If yes, then how? The pulmonologist suggested ultracet for the pain and nothing else. Shall we seek another treatment?
