Lower back pain
I am started excercise and running from last month suddenly m suffer last 10 or 12 days i have feeling lower back pain so what can i do now.

• Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Tk rest and hot fermentation. Start gradually your running and gym.
