Wrist problem
There is a problem in my wrist of carpal tunnel syndrome and i got injection of carticosteroid also one day ago so tell me should i do any exercise for wrist to get recover if i should then what kind of exercise

Wrist exercise in gradually process. Hot fermentation twice a day.

You can try - futura splint first to see it helps for 6 weeks - mainly at night with elevation. mainly hand movement exercises. if not settling get nerve conduction test to confirm it - or clinically proven and troubling you get carpal tunnel decompression done soon to prevent progression of nerve compression. Rule out whether is it due swelling in the wrist - may be due to hypothyroid.

Do gentle wrist exercises . Apply hot water or ice compressions. Avoid lifting heavy weights for 1&2 weeks.
