Get done ur blood profile n X-ray for hip joint. Use soft surface for sitting. Take small breaks from long sitting after every one hour. Also do some stretching of hip joint muscles.

Looks like origin of pain may be coccygeal region Please Consult Orthopaedic Surgeon.
