Hi dr i am facing heel pain wen i sit for long n get up n walk and i have ankel swelling wat is issue and wat test should be done.

From the description you provide, it could be Plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinopathy. Both of these are problems with the soft tissue in the heel region.
Next Steps
Would need to see where exactly the pain is, do look for some simple examination findings to make out which of the two it could be.

It could be irritation of the achiles tendon.
