Hello. I have knee pain & lower back pain from 4-5 years. But no difference even after I consulted one doctor & taking his prescribed medicines for one year. All knee & back X-ray had been done. But everything is normal. If I switch on the fan then will increase. Suggest me what's this about ?

In March 2015, X-ray of cervical spine revealed "straightening of cervical spine due to muscular spasm". Other things were normal including bone density etc (copy of report is attached).
