Hello sir I'm jay pathak I've had swelling in 2016 june the knee and after sometime I had mri and it shows I have a. Meniscus tear and mild joint effusion but in not July 28 2017 I had Surgery but still compare to another knee it still have swelling I change my physio Dr several times but now I've find a good physio Dr and I'm going there I'm doing advanced excersice but I still have pain in around the kneecap one of Dr says it's patelloformal pain ur quads is weakthats y sir plz

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged
